Stress Awareness Month
April is Stress Awareness Month.
Whether you’re feeling that your mental health is excellent or that things are not so good, we can all struggle with the sense of feeling under too much emotional pressure or stress.
Sometimes just taking a few minutes out to talk to someone about how you’re feeling can help alleviate stress, and prevent things from becoming worse.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed today it’s okay to ask for help. Speak to someone you trust, and if you don’t find the right person straight away, ask again, it is hard, but you aren’t alone and you can talk about it.
