It’s not too late to apply for degree courses

It may be February now, but if you are thinking about Higher Education (studying for a university degree or Higher National qualification) you can still apply for courses which start this year.

Much is made of the UCAS 15th January deadline, and for very high-demand courses (such as Veterinary Nursing and Animal Care) where we receive many applications for each available place, applying before that deadline is essential.

However – many of our programmes still have some places available. We are still in a position to review your application alongside others looking to fill those spaces, so the message is, the sooner you apply the better chance you have.

Our degree courses typically require you to have 4 Scottish Highers at BBCC (or A-Levels at BCC). Our HND programmes offer an alternative route into university education, and entry requirements here are typically CC at Higher (DE at A-Level). We also accept a wide range of alternative qualifications as equivalent (such as BTEC and National Certificate qualifications) so please get in touch if you have any questions.
