Certificate in Forestry students make Barony a safer place!
After a lorry coming into the campus clipped the dyke and knocked part of it down, the forestry students took the opportunity to create a second path to save people walking on the road into the campus.
They cleared all the vegetation, put chips on the path and rebuilt part of the wall. One of the students had done a beginners certificate in dry stone dyking which he had gained on a previous short course at Barony, so he became Master Craftsman for the day!!
So thanks to the students involved, it all looks very tidy, and they have done a fantastic job.
