Business students surveying their future
After completing their degree studies in Rural Business Management at SRUC’s Edinburgh Campus the class of 2019 are all now taking up graduate-level employment or continuing their studies at Master’s level.
Accreditation for the course from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has led to graduates achieving their ambition of successfully applying for Graduate Rural Surveyor positions with firms across the country. Other graduates are taking up roles including Marketing and Events Management, Agricultural Supply Sales and graduate positions in the food and drink industry.
Programme Leader for the Edinburgh course, Scott Murray said: “Many congratulations to this year’s graduates, who have achieved a fantastic set of results, including three students with First Class Honours degrees. They are all moving into very sought-after jobs or opting to further their studies in a related area and I wish them all well in their chosen future careers.”
